Nice older hotel. I would gave stayed near Macro. Its the wring area to be in as a tourist.Nice older large rooms though. Everything clean.

The worst hotel I have stayed in in a long while. First room they put us in, half the lights worked but the toilet didn't. Second room half the lights didn't work, but the toilet did. But also no hot shower. No wi-fi except in the reception. But nice staff and very quiet.

We only got as far as reception, the lobby, was flooded with water leaking through the ceiling from above.

Going downhill quickly. One year ago, it was OK, with a bit of neglect showing. It's uncanny that I have received the same room (522) on the last three of my five visits over two years. This must be the room they give to people that book with Agoda. No repairs have been done on this room in two years, although I go to great pains to let the staff know about the problems in a very nice way.. The toilet still leaks and the hot water faucet in the shower isn't operable. Today, I was told that hot water is only available from 6-10am and 6-10pm. No explanation of why or for how long. I try to ignore the small stuff, but the management isn't even trying to keep loyal customers. There are many other hotels in this price range in Ubon. I suggest you look at them and use this one as a last resort.

Old hotel A C rooms hot water is available only in some rooms ask before booking. In evening food wander is in front of hotel . Seven eleven is nearby.

I am usually not a picky guy but on this one it has to be mentioned that this hotel is falling apart. Room build in the 60's, no hot water, all faucets broken, carpet with plenty of dirt and so on. For the same 500 baths you can get a new and clean room in many places around Ubon.

Decor a bit past it, but Aircon works and bed comfortable. Good location and budget friendly.
