This is a bit dated and old hotel. It is also overpriced for the quality of accommodation and needs some work to freshen up. The best feature is the clean pool (free to guests) and the nearby water park (extra price). Undercover parking is provided which is a good feature.

HORRIBLE property. Dirty. The hotel doesn't even provide water or tooth brush. Soap smelled bad. Hallway dirty. Room dirty. Bad smell. This place should be shut down. Absolutely terrible hotel.

The Sunee Grand Hotel is a great hotel is you want to be in walking distance to a shopping mall which is connected to it and has a variety of shops. It has the Sunee flea Market which opens at night opposite it with a variety of things including good street food and also KFC if you want your western food and Starbucks as well. The hotel staff customer service is always very nice and I have stayed in this place on 2 occasions now. They have a great swimming pool and gym. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is good with a variety of Thai food. It does have a conference hall for business. Just up the road about 5 min drive is the Big C shopping mall which also has a variety of markets surrounding it. The hotel is a bit dated and breakfast is lacking. We were expecting more for the price and 4 star rating. Up side, it's in a good location and we did get a good rest.

Spacious rooms with good amenities. They have restaurant but it closes too soon. They provide buffet breakfast but very limited foods. No halal options. After 8 am there is scarcely anything left

Just finished my second visit to Ubon and stating at the Sunee, both time's has been very good. This time in particular the staff exceptional with their assistance and friendless. For me the room was very good and very clean. Very convenient location for me, to go shopping, get a taxi or tuk tuk to get around. I ate dinner most nights in the restaurant in the hotel and was very delicious.
