What a pleasant surprise to find such clean and comfortable accommodation combined with delightful staff in a budget hotel.
I was genuinely blown after so many disappointments in erstwhile luxury properties at more than double this daily rate.

It was the location which had 1st attracted my wife last year, as it suited her needs when flying in on business. Based on this we booked 3 nights. The property is quiet due to the one block set back from major roads yet it's easy to access from all cbd locations by car or taxi. No car? don't worry, taxis are readily available and inexpensive.

Staff are young, attractive, very polite and ever so helpful. And that includes the housekeeping staff too... 5 star service!

The rooms are modern, clean and suitably appointed for the class of hotel but what really stands out is the sleep quality. The mattress was so soft and comfortable I slept better than in my own home. :)

Many thanks to Erawan/Hop Inn properties for an enjoyable stay and we shall be seeing you again.

Room we're small very quaint only refrigerator no microwave no coffee machine The Plus Side the rooms were very clean the staff were very friendly

Just posted on this.... Google support needs support especially Google Fi and Google WiFi and it's seems crossed up in many ways!!!!!?????

Disappointed with the looks of rooms, it is probably one of the first Hop inn. Everything is old. And very very Noisy air conditioner and fridge!!! We move for few rooms because we wished it should be better, but No!!! All room really need to renovation, change all air conditioners there are old and monitor is doesn't work sometimes! Fridges is so noisy and hot water system (it is old system, can't adjust temperature, only too hot or cold) !
The house keeper and technical man was very nice, so polite and seem they few sorry for our discomfort during we stayed here many days. But Receptionists need more training services mind, smiles and not to talk behind costumers.
Thinks again if you love another Hop inn. Here is different.

Cheap, no frills, value for money sleeping. No restaurant here, just dried noodles in reception with free coffee machine in the morning. Rooms are clean enough with Thai only TV channels. No kettle in the rooms. Close to Central Plaza if you have transport.

A standard Hop Inn.
Out of town though closer to Central Shopping Mall.
