Excellence Hotel, Great Atmosphere, Beat value for money!
It was our first time visiting Ubon Ratchathani and we knew very little about the city. So, one of our friend from there brought us to this hotel. Well, it was a good choice he made. From the moment we arrived it was perfect. The hotel and lake were both beautiful and peaceful. The room was big, clean, quiet and nice. Moreover, the bed was so comfortable. Though, the price wasn’t so expensive for what it had to offer and it does come with complimentary coffee tea and snacks for the next day breakfast. Furthermore, the staffs were very friendly and helpful throughout our stayed. The hotel located also good. because, it’s so close to the bus station.
We loved everything about this hotel and enjoyed every minute of our time there. Would strongly recommended and definitely come back again.

We stayed here for a night last December 2019 and it was nice. The rooms were spacious and super clean. The location was far from the city centre so it's a very quiet place. However, it's near from the bus station and Big C. You can use their bicycles for free if you want to go out and buy something. They also have that massage chair but you have to spend a penny for 10mins whole body massage. They offer free snacks in the morning up to 10am such as coffee, ovaltine, tea and cracker. They dont have restaurant though and the staff couldn't speak decent English. But overall, our stay was amazing.

No edit pictures. I would highly recommend this hotel. Clean, spacious, comfortable and near to the bus station if you're planning to go to Laos or to Bangkok. Just a little bit challenge since their receptionist can't understand well English and hung up on me thrice when I asked for hair dryer.
But kudos to the Manager or supervisor who went to my room and let me type in his mobile about my request for the translation, who originally hung up on me too prior of going to my room.???? Overall happy stay, happy me.

On a not so hot day in February 2020 I walk in with no booking, staff is extremely nice, yes there is a free room for me, very very nice room, strong a/c, immaculately clean (floor, ceiling, sheets, cushions, bathroom with shower tent, balcony), daily cleaning by lovely staff; walk (or take one the many song thaews) south you will find the bus station, Square Market, Wat Nong Bua; walk north for a number of eating and drinking places, not to mention the New Don Klang market with awesome and inexpensive Thai food. It was a really great 3 nights experience in Ubon.

Very cheep nice hotel and close to busstationen! I stayed on other more expenive hotels here in Ubon, but they had less standard.
