The exterior is certainly in need of a fresh coat of paint. You are taken care of from the beginning till the end. The food in the hotel was really delicious. Breakfast in the morning was complete. Staff were friendly and helpful. Neat and clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning.

Stayed here for the first time with 3 friends. Our stay was great at this hotel. Location of the hotel very good. The breakfast had a good spread. Amazing value for what you pay. We are sure the thoughtfulness of the design will be appreciated by ***y today's travellers like us.

Nevada hotel in Ubon Ratchathani was a big disappointment. I booked two nights there because of their photos of their pool. However the pool did not have any staff there. No lounges were available, no towels, No service. But there was a pile of fresh dog poo only inches from the edge of the pool. The buffet breakfast was dissappointing as well. One type of white bread, horrible antique toaster. The coffee was just awful. The Thai dishes were not tasty. No dessert and only papaya and watermelon for fruits. None of the staff that I encountered spoke English.

Rooms with pool access on the th floor are great. It is convenient to take a shower after you swim. Food (such as hotpot and smoothies), is served around the pool in the evening. The location of the hotel is okay. However, it is more convenient to take a taxi as it might take some time until a Song-taew arrives. Song-taew means a two-row vehicle which is a public transport, often especially found in upcountry. There is a restaurant and small coffee shop on the first floor. The complex with fitness, cinema and waterpark are nearby.

The worst hotel, they don't have hot water, and so annoying party until late night. Also their menu in restaurant so boring. Bad key card. This is so bad

No hot water. And the shower was broken . Lock broken on the door. Curtains would not close correctly. No kettle in the room. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good

Upstairs view is awesome.. The pool is also looks great. But I couldn't take bath because I'm never available for the bath time..
