We love this coffee/tea stand! Khun Ooy is always very kind and helpful. I’ve seen her translate back and forth between English and Thai for anyone from the residents in her development to the delivery man passing through who couldn’t read the English on a package. On many occasions she’s our source of info for upcoming water or power outages that are planned that we, as foreigners, would never hear about. We also like her tea. I often get a chaa-gaffeh (a mix of coffee and Thai tea).
