I can only comment on my room. I need a serious cleaning here! i felt like they hadn't been cleaned here in a month. hairs on the pillow that were not mine. i used my shirt as a pillowcase and my t-shirt as a doormat.the first step is to reform the cleaning! the hotel has potential I really like but I need a good manager!I also really liked the morning coffee machine! "Call Anthony Melchiorri " !!!????

The place is situated near to the beach, the city, the mangrove trail, the market, the nightlife, floating market an .. Just a few minutes away from alll of those I mentioned.

The room is good, and comfy, too. The staff are also very accommodating and easy to talk with. They can communicate in English as well.

The price is very affordable.. We got 4 rooms for less than 2k, overnight.

We really got the MOST, from The Most Hotel!

More like "the least". The aircon worked and the shower was hot. But no plugs by the bed and no reading lights; just four glaring bulbs in the ceiling. The receptionist was courteous and kind. For the price though, it's alright if your only intention is to sleep.

The hotel pics in hotels web site must been taken when the hotel opened. Now is far from tthose image. Very poor maintain. Price are below averqge in Rayong but for same price you can get better room quality somewhere else.

Pros-
-Modern designed rooms
-Centrally located close to amenities, bars and restaurants
-Hot showers
-Air conditioning
-Housekeeping comes regularly
-Reasonably quiet considering the busy location
-Good views from upper floors
-TV in rooms
-Friendly staff

Cons-
-Catered only to Thais
-Staff cannot speak english
-The hotel is located in an alleyway off the main road, behind the Lamian restaurant. The hotel sign on the main road is only written in Thai so it can be hard to find if you cannot read Thai script, even taxi drivers in Rayong are unfamiliar with this hotel (tell them Lanna hotel and walk the rest of the way).
-Poor quality building materials
-TV is only Thai TV
-No food in the hotel but restaurants and shops are closeby
-The bathroom makes a funky drain smell every so often
