The location of the hotel is ideal and exciting. We rent a motorbike and could easily get around to local thai market, restaurants and the beach. Nice big room with a big balcony out to the swimming pool on 3rd floor. I really think value for money and I will sooner or later come back.

Transportation in the area was pretty easy. Great location with easy access to all the city has to offer. The aircondition is new, cool and quiet. The pool area is great. Nicely furnished and a great sea breeze. The kitchen opens daily till late at night. Our particular room was great.

Sea Sand Sun offers really nice rooms considering the price and we generally like Mae Rumphung beach area for spending a few days away from Bangkok. Having your own transportation is a must at this location. Place is nice and quiet but they need to have someone there if they want guests to enjoy the overall experience.

I was very impressed with all of the amenities in the room. Anything we asked for was taken care of immediately. The hotel is very well located for an overnight stay. The stay in the hotel is value for money. Upon reaching the hotel that wore off fast as I fell in love with place.

We stayed in room 508 massive room, very well maintained - excellent for family as had pool hot tub and gym.
Polite helpful staff.

Really nice apartment, for 4 persons (2 queen size beds). Clean and quiet, with mosquito protective windows. The swimming pool is awesome.
5 min to the sea by foot but the beach is not always clean.

Over priced and under serviced. The room are spacious, clean, comfortable. No management on sight, very little English spoken. No customer service representative.
