I loved how close it was to the beach, the owners are great people. Very friendly family, famiky owned as well. Very hospitable, cute clean and chic rooms. Will definitely stay again if there is availability next tine i am in town.

You better off take a nice hotel in the city of Rayong u0026 not that one on the beach.
They charge 800 baht u0026 in city you can find much better room in 400 - 500 baht. They charge more beacause of the beach but nothing to do there much u0026 in city there are more things to do, more restaurants, shopping malls, etc. u0026 if you want to go to the beach just go there, it will take you fron Rayong city 5 minutes drive.
The restaurant in the Sabaidee hotel very expensive u0026 the dish you get very small. I think it's again because it's near the beach so they think everything should cost more, even if it's not tasty at all. I ate there pork, I paid 120 baht for a very small dish u0026 not so delicious, it was ok but not delicious. You can find restaurant in city u0026 pay less u0026 get much better food...

Perfect design modern and new hotel. Owners are amazing and really helpfull. Their daughter is architect and she project this family hotel.
Simple free breakfest included, infront view on see with sandy beach. Rooms are clean and modern and (for me) beutiful with lots of natural light. Bed is only for people which love really hard bed. Hot shower is only in the biggest (more expensive) rooms.
If you dont have a car or motorbike, you can rent the motorbike here. Or you can use blue public bus (pick-up) which are operate between Bus terminal 1 (close to night and day markets in the center) and the bridge before Paksan Temple (this isnt final stop). For 12 THB one way...perfect.
We choose this hotel for last days in Thai for relaxing and it was fulfiled!
Owners helped us everytime we need.

From 14.1.2017 under hotel will be opend the Bar (with music)...so the quitest place will be maybe done. Due the type construction of the hotel will be music hear also in the rooms.

Paradise on the beach. Very clean, amazing staff and parking available too in front of the hotel . Very Affordable price with amazing location. We stayed there for 1 night while on the way to ko chang

Great place to relax by the beach. Bathroom is average. The room is clean, and sea view in the morning is a must!!

Seaside.
Great stay.
Solo backpacker.
Bike rental available.
Away from crowded area.
Must be willing to travel long distance.
