I found coffee shop lately close, Motana open 7.00 - 24.00.
Wow
In the cafe is beautiful environment, decorations like Italian style.
Receptionist recommend pizza and spaghetti, because chefs have experience more than 20 years.
And if you like to get some alcohol drink. They have imported beer from italy.

Warning, food here is very expensive. We haven't ordered anything due to the price is too high. Coffee is reasonable priced and taste ok.

For steak, this place is best in Rayong. Even bkk, its difficult to find this kind of restaurant. Pizza is normal.

Recommended for steak; wagyu, sirloin, rib eye etc

Nice atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, mediocre Italian food. Pricy.

According to its road sign its an Italian restaurant, but essentially only offers pizza and pizza in the usual cheap ingredient + sugar Thai fusion style. Pizza dough is thin and crispy though.

The other 80% of the menu is non Italian and pretty random with a lot of Thai (which tastes good!), fried/seared meats and some Korean deserts.

Excellent selection of beers and wire.
