Bad product quality. Broken in 14 days but cannot claim a new one. Went several times, service is really terrible, hard to find staff to service and some staffs don't have proper manner as service providers.

Last year, I spent almost 200-300k baht here but they will not get my money again. Go homepro is a better choice... TRUST ME!

Lot of sales people who did not assist but walked past and put their ID stickers on our items, sadly the 2 ladies who really did help in pillows and linens did not put stickers on our items. I took off at least 4 stickers from salespeople who didn’t help, we are old. Wife is invalid, we appreciate help when we get it. Will not becoming back to this location.

Good prices very helpful staff when shopping for household items. But when it comes to furniture sets...the common answer was we don't have that. If you keep asking for the product and tell them to check again (3 times) then they miraculously find that product in the store. It would have was very time consuming. The delivery guys where excellent and super fast with the construction of the bedroom set.

Absolutely top class service and so professional at what they do. Cut cost of fitting out condo by 75%.High quality and will spend as much time as it takes to give you good service and advice. Staff excellent.

A nice furniture store. You'll get quite a bit of variety.

Just be advised, stuff goes on sale pretty often. If you're not in a hurry, that stuff you want will go on sale pretty soon.

Good size. Staff helpful.
Went again and staff terrible. Didn't know what they were doing. Took almost 2 hours just to get bill and delivery organised, and still got it wrong. Failed to provide promotion discounts. Ripped off.
Cannot recommend.

Thailand's answer to IKEA. It's pretty well set up for expats and has most of the things you'd expect to find in IKEA but without the restaurant. Everything seems to be reasonably priced and of good quality.
