Stay with happiness, staff is caring and polite. Room offers everything you needed, spacious and clean. Food both dinner and breakfast is superb.

The studio suite was spacious and comes with a kitchen.
The room was clean but the pots were not cleaned.
Breakfast had a lot of variety, however the dining table were not clean properly on both morning during our stay.
Staff were attentive and friendly.

This was my home away from home for four months. The staff was always helpful and the service was good. My room was always clean and in tip top shape. The best thing was they would not move the furniture back in place everyday like some hotels. This allowed me to arrange the tables, chairs, desk and sofa to my liking. The breakfast was good covering Western, Thai and Chinese/Japanese selections. The selection in the lobby restaurant is good and the service generally quick. There is a good steak restaurant on the roof and if the weather is nice you can sit outside under the stars and eat and look at the skyline. If the weather is not to your liking there is an air conditioned section to dine in comfort (being from the northern USA sometimes the heat gets to me)

I spent two nights in this hotel with my girlfriend. The serviced apartment was bright and spacious. Fully equipped with microwave, hob, fridge and kitchenware.
The hotel is in the center of Rayong, close to shopping mall and several restaurants.
Overall quality of the hotel is good.

I very much enjoyed this hotel. 5 stars to ther interior designer! All of the staff is polite and enjoyable???????????? except the lady at the omelette station???????????????? (March 24)
The bathtub could have been more clean.
