Went during low season, very cheap price for the deluxe room. Has a big fridge, a living room area and a large bed.
They clean the room everyday and the staff is very friendly! Nice rooftop pool with a small dry sauna and steam sauna and a small gym but I don't think the steam sauna was working.
If you order delivery food they can deliver right to the bottom of your building even though there are several buildings

Night markets are a short bike/car ride away and some good local food around. Don't take the 'shortcut' on the smaller street, stay on the big street to access.

Free wifi code given to you at check in but mine didn't work so I had to call in for a new one. Two reception desks I think, you might have to check in at the second one down the parking lot.

Only downside is that the bathroom shower water pressure is really weak and the bathroom itself smells bad, like sweat and armpits. And they have a very extensive list of things you are liable to pay (a lot) for if you ruin in the rooms including staining sheets and etc. Which seems a little unnecessary because accidents happen but it is a condo so who knows.

Happy with the service and would recommend for the low price!

Did not honour the credit payment made beforehand., Made us pay again in cash at the hotel. Receptionist said they'll refund the online paid money after 7-14 days, which is highly inconvenient.
Also the hotel doesn't have a restaurant.
Disinterested reception is not a good sign of hospitality, won't recommend it to anyone.
But otherwise, facilities were okay, clean n neat.

This is definitely not a recommended option for foreign tourists, they are completely money minded management who try to charge/fine for everything. I had to deposit 1000 baht while checking in and lost 500 baht for missing a access card which is not worth of 10 baht. The price looks cheap but the hotel policy with fine for everything is pretty crazy and also the location of the hotel is kinda remote which makes a foreigner to feel like an alien. I was very pleased with the choice. I think the ***agement do a great job. Front desk staff have pretty good English. The bed was clean and that was all we needed. Very high security at this hotel. We get a penthouse near the pool on the top floor. We found the rooms to be clean.

Nothing special. Not in a great location in terms of things to do or places to eat. Staff is annoying. Rooms are clean. Bed was VERY comfortable, which was a surprise. The pictures online of the rooftop pool are deceiving... There are a total of 3 or 4 buildings. Only one has the pool. So if you're in the farthest building, you have to walk in the underground parking to the right building. This was not information offered at check in. Tried to go to my roof for a swim and was surprised not to find it, lol. If possible, request to be in building B1 or B2 for best pool access.

Friendly and polite staff,clean rooms,cheap and ideal for a few days of holiday.You have some supermarkets nearby and 4 restaurant's with really good,fresh and cheap food.The pool is clean and the view is nice from up there.I recommend it.The only inconvenient is that is far from the old town,high street or beaches.

The suite was a great upgrade. All of the people were very friendly. The pool itself is pretty boring. Lack of restaurants in the hotel was dissapointing. There were only a few loungers it was difficult when it was busy. The area around is not charming. My special compliments to the hotel employees.
