Staff were friendly and helpful.
Perfect spot in the centre of Phuket town. Room was clean and well maintained.
There are good restaurants, shops, cafes and bars nearby.

It was an amazing stay, It is near the core of phuket. There is a nixe cafe in the main lobby, and the rooms are spacious lots of room. It was so good when i went that on our flight back we canceled our other place and came back. They were nice enough to hold our bags until our flight time in the evening. The bus station is only 10 minutes away, it takes you to almost all the tourist spots for very cheap. Always take buses it is the cheapest and easiest way to get around in Thailand.

This place have 3 floors and no an elevator. Inside the room was clean and tidy. I’ve been here for 1 night and if I come back to Phuket will stay here again. The staff was nice with me and show the facilities inside. They have a shared refrigerator for use. For now, they are renovating downstairs for a coffee shop and will be opening soon.

Enjoyed a 3-night stay in this guesthouse right in the heart of the old town. Perfect if you’re here for the Nine Emperor Gods / Vegetarian Festival and want to be in the thick of the action as the procession passes by on several days. Not great if you didn’t plan on it, and prioritize a restful sleep! Get a room facing the back if you’re a light sleeper. Quite a lot of inconsiderate racers and bike revvers past midnight. TV only had Thai channels and were hard to use. Quite a few mosquitoes that greeted me as soon as I stepped in. But they provided local mosquito repellent which worked wonders. OFF! was quite useless. Attached to guesthouse is Campus Coffee Roasters. Great coffee! The reception staff are also the baristas. All are helpful, friendly and speak decent English and can help with basic queries. Entrance to guest area at the back, and footwear must be stored in a shoe cabinet before heading upstairs.

I don't want to lower the rating of the place but to be honest it wasn't a good stay. We booked 1 night via Agoda. First of all we drove around for ages trying to find a place to park, found one, took out all our bags and walked up to the guesthouse, but the door was locked. We tried to call but no answer. We then checked with the neighbours if they could get in contact with them and eventually they found someone who could. A man appeared 5-10 minutes later and said he had gone out shopping and that the booking hadn't come through until just now. He was very nice and polite and gave us everything we needed. Then I went to have a shower and no hot water. My boyfriend went to boil hot water for a coffee but there was rotten noodles in the kettle? Again, no one at reception and no one to contact. They really need to have someone available at all times, even on the phone. But the phone number that is provided on google, no one answered to. Finally got through to someone on facebook and a sweet lady came and fixed the shower after over 40 mins waiting around in a towel. The room was very dusty, didn't feel clean. Also super noisy, right next to the road so didn't sleep all night.
I hate to write negative reviews but I think some of the issues in here can be easily fixed and to make the guesthouse so much more comfortable and convenient.

Great place to stay in the very city center.ask to be accommodated in the higher floor overlooking the back side as it can be noisy.i loved my stays here, 2-3 times stayed. Best value for money nothing special obviously but code to many MANY places.i definitely recommend you a visit.they have now a cafeteria in the lobby and opposite there is a cafe that you can have breakfast.

Very pretty room. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. They offered some small breakfast for free. Very close to the night market and lots of restaurants around.
