Best breakfast EVER!! Have an amazing English or American breakfast! I walk 1 mile every morning just to get my breakfast here. ????????

Highly recommended in these sad times of corona.

Definitely worth what we paid for. The size of the room is ok for us without any big luggage. Love the comfort of the bed. The shower was hot and the towels were changed every day. The best burgers we had in thailand so far. Reasonable rooms in an acceptable area.

Great value for the price of the room. We loved the central position of the hotel. The hotel definitely feels a bit old. We kept waking up at night due to noisy guests returning to their rooms. The TV wasn't working and couldn't get any signal. Food in general has been very good standard.

I was staying one month 11.08.19 - 10.09.19 Room B 3 This is the Best option i could find on Kata Beach. Very nice Guesthouse with a large room and balcony with a million dollars view... The location is super !!! Quiet u0026 Comfortable like at home, everything is nearby... Makro, Kata u0026 Karon Beach - walking distance 5 min.

I'm happy with the stay, for this price (around 650b/night) as many other hotels in good areas for this price can be bad. But some things can be better like cleaning, no fans in the toilet u003d nothing dries, strange smell in the room, really old bed (still not that bad) and the pool is 5-10 min walk away.
Not noisy from the street wich is good.

I recommend it to those who prefer to spend money wisely. The hotel is in a very safe neighborhood. Every time we visit all the staff have been lovely. Very well trained personnel, in my opinion. ***ager/ service crew greet us at the door to welcome us at 9pm.
