Nearly perfect experience.
Modern clean rooms.
Super friendly staff that was honest about booking tours/ferry.
Free water and good tea in the morning.
Rooms to the road are a bit noisy though and had to unplug the fridge to be able to sleep.

rooms are new, clean and cozy in a very cheap price.

The hotel is better than what I thought, and quite at midnight, but this area is like china town, I saw many Chinese Mainlanders chatting loudly on the street. convenient stores are far away.
