On a street we're monthly price are around 20 to 30k/month, Studio77 offer a cheaper alternative. (9 to 12k/month). But the place get old and it's look like they don't care much...

Has everything you need and nothing extra. Beds could be a bit more comfortable. If you're going to Phuket Top Team and you're serious about training this place is perfect.

Basic rooms, great place if you're coming to Phuket to train. Direcly behind Phuket Top Team, and within walking distance to Tiger, and others.

Nice, clean, private, quiet. Great location for training on Soi ta-ied. Everything you need or want is so close.
