Paying 300 bath per night, I am very happy to book this hotel, beach is walkable distance, reputable motor rental also nearby, 24 hours 7 eleven is 2 min walk.
Hotel doesn't have the old smell, it's clean and big, aircorn works great, shower is powerful with heater, bed is OK.
No complaints.

Lovely quiet place. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean. The hotel itself rents out scooters for a great price, which we were much more comfortable with than hiring from someone off the street. Our helmet broke but they replaced it straight away without question. Close proximity to shops and beach.

My wife and I had been to Phuket in the beginning of this month. We checked the available hotels on booking and decided to book a room in this hotel because of quite a good location, not to high price and quite a positive reviews. Arrived at 13.30 (check in is at 14.00). The first thing the guy from reception asked as to do - to pay. We answered that it would be great to take a look at the room. Then he said we had to wait. After 40 minutes of waiting (as soon as reception is not air conditioned, it was quite hot, but we patiently waited), so at ~14.10 we asked how long we have to wait. That guy went crazy and became rude saying that we push him. So finally we just decided to live in the hotel located next to this one. It was much better and even cheaper.

The room was large and clean, just 5 minutes walking to the beach. There was turn down service every day. We intended to stay for 1 night at first but ended with 5 nights. The room was just perfect for such an amazingly cheap price. Just one thing, the wifi was slow, we couldn't watch any movie

I love this place:) located in quiet area, super clean, strong wi-fi , nice and helpful staff...just steps away from the beautiful Karon Beach.

I moved to another hotel because I couldn't sleep, very mad mattress.
+ Friendly staff
+ Quite area located in side street
- old run down furniture
- steamy smelly bathroom (urine or sth else)
- mattress extremely hard
- AC bad, it becomes hot when turning off
- from midnight only security man who didn't speak English
- WC blocks easily
Wouldn't recommend

Terrible hostel. I opened a window and it fell out of place and dropped 2 stories and broke. The hostel tried to scam me 1200 baht and when I refused they got the police involved. I ended up getting taken to the phuket police station where they agreed to settle the matter for 600 baht. So i got scammed for 600 baht for opening a faulty window. Scumbags and con artists. Terrible experience for my partner and I.
