Just be aware when u step in to
The main shrine you need to take off your shoes!! So today i had chance to go inside and when i stepped to the main shrine maybe just 2 steps an old man yelled at me ‘take of the shoes!’ I didn’t read the sign because it is placed down right below the gate of the main shrine and i didn’t aware of it. Then he starred at me viciously with lots of hate. Just an unpleasant experience and when i read the other reviews it kinda make sense ???????? so be aware guys by the way its a beautiful shrine

Tucked off of old town phuket, this beautiful alleyway takes you to a Chinese shrine. It's free of charge and no pictures are allowed inside. Sadly, there was a hidden passage through one of the coffee shops but the closed it bc of too many tourists. Now only way in is through the marked entrance with the Chinese gate.

Beautiful shrine for a short visit. The uncle watching the shrine was grumpy though.

A small, colourful and peaceful Chinese Shrine. A tranquil pocket in Old Phuket Town good for a short meditation session to pay respect. Nice street passage to keep the noise of the bustling Old Town. Its definitely a nice spot to just to be in peace and take photos. No entrance fee, no smoking, and no shoes in the temple.

Very rude staff. I didn’t realise no photos were allowed and he snapped at my incredibly aggressively. I made an honest mistake and that is how I was treated. I did not feel welcome as other foreigners have been made to feel. As I was leaving he cussed and gestured rudely at me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
