Been coming here for over 12 years, and they have always kept the gym clean, machines in operation, and they have even expanded upstairs in the recent years.

There is no air conditioning, but they have plenty of fans that circulate air. Most machines have a duplicate, and waiting for a machine rarely happens unless you go during peak times.

The price currently is 80 baht per day and 1000 baht per month. Many of the patrons are expats that live in the area.

Pretty good old school gym, but got what you need and I was doing legs yesterday and they have a pretty good machine for hamstrings that can be adjusted 3 ways. And both standing calves and sitting calves machine available. I walked around and tried some of the other machines for back, chest and shoulders. So all in all pretty good for what you pay. Very cheap 80 baht for 1 time

Very well equipped gym; not the newest equipment, but has everything. Good prices.

Large gym organised into zones over 2 floors...upstairs stretching/ bodyweight
Zone and a heavy bag space for boxing. Ground floor as above a range of resistance machines, freeweights, treadmills etc.. NO a/c which I prefer. Aerobic zones well ventilated with open windows and fans if preferred. Clean tidy no roid rangers...excellent value for money . I've marked it down because the 3 concept rowers are knackered

It is a very well-equipped gym with huge variety of machines.

It is open every day except Sunday and national holidays.

One entree price is 100 batt.

There is Thai-style shower, lockers and rags for cleaning the equipment from sweat.

The area is very big, and there is enough space for everyone.

Top Gym! Love it! There is everything you need, super friendly staff and not expensiv!
