Solo traveler: I chose the phi phi islands tour:

Quick payment process and it’s easy to contact them before during and after if issues arise. The tour itself was beautiful and fun. Pick up and drop off was simple and in an air conditioned van. Have extra cash for the dock fee which they will ask you to pay there on arrival. Lunch is included with options to buy whatever you want too. They have plenty of snacks and water available to you for no extra charge on board. Overall I had a great experience as a solo traveler. Remember to always tip your guides.

Pictures are of the entrance to Maya Bay. You can visit but it isn’t open for swimming to preserve the flourishing eco system.

Not organized properly and tons of extra fees.

The Good: The snorkelling was awesome and adequate time to explore. The including rental snorkelling equipment was pretty decent and held up really well. Take plenty of pics, there are some breathtaking views. Use a good phone or camera.

The Bad: They charge everyone a different price for the same excursions. Bargain your price beforehand. Some people paid a lot more for our trip. Even though they say everything is included in the trip, they make you pay extra to use a bathroom. Plan on also paying a separate fee for the use of toilet paper. They include lunch but they charge premium upgrade fees for water to soda. When they take you to small islands, they charge double or even triple for food. When people are leaving the island, the prices go dirt cheap. Tips are expected for everything, even if you pay to use the washroom and pay for toilet paper, they still expect a tip

The speed boats are a bumpy ride throughout. Go for a yacht style one for more comfort if needed. Make sure to have a gopro, waterproof camera or equivalent. Bring sunscreen and sunglasses. Don’t bring shoes, use sandals that lock to your feet

Really bad company. We booked river rafting. It took twenty mins then sat for another 6 hours waiting on other people all the while getting to watch a baby elephant being chained to a tree so that it couldn't move hit and shouted at until it was time for it to dance again. While waiting we watched a group doing the ATV and a wheel came off. We asked if we could leave and were told no by their guides that were with us. When I phoned the office they claimed the same until I clarified they were keeping me there. I was then told I could get a taxi ( middle of the jungle) avoid and keep your money!

They are well organized, pick you up from your hotel and drop you off. It's also easy to contact them for any issues prior to the tour. The tour itself was amazing

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They take pride in their tours. Lots of food. Great activities. Safe and fun.

We took the James bond island long tail boat day tour. They picked is up exactly on time, the driver was very accommodating and friendly. We had our luggage with us as we were switching hotels and they even picked us up from one and dropped us off at a another which saved us a large taxi bill. The tour was well guided and did exactly what their website said almost down to the minute. Would recommend this tour to anyone with a day to kill in Phuket.
