It was already a stormy day and government had issued storm warning the day before. The trip only went 30 minutes in rain and water got too choppy and we had to wait out at the nearest island. The trip was cancelled by operator. Although I had the day before asked for assurance through the Web platform and was told refund will be given if cancelled by storm. It was a hard haggle to get back the refund. Was initially told no refund will be given. Several e mails only then more than a week later did they finally agreed for me to get the refund, and of course spoilt the holiday mood.
I will not take this tour with this company again.
Better book direct locally with your hotel.

Trip was awesome.
Other reviews just sounds really whinny. Lots of people wore their own shoes, 200baht for water shoes and did some amazing sightseeing during the excursion.

This operator is a scam. Booked through Klook, we had worst experience with this tour operator. The experience starts from the pickup where they sent an arrogant driver. Then they take you to a makeshift pier and cram 60 people in a single speedboat. They’re not family-friendly or considerate to children. The staff and guide on the boat are arrogant and cannot speak English. Food quality is not good. Handling of passengers was very unsafe at floating deck on Maya Bay. There are other operators doing better job. Some people give good reviews because they’re treated well with guide offering front seat and beer but don’t falls for such reviews. Seriously, don’t punish yourself with these guys. This is our worst experience in Thailand.

To be short: THEY DIDN'T TAKE US TO THE PHI PHI ISLAND BEACH!

Absolutely unsatisfied with our trip to Phi Phi islands. Everything was wrong from the beginning. The bus took us from the hotel a half an hour later than promised, then we spent another hour or even longer at their shop near the Pier. They scared people into buying beach shoes, but later it turned out that there was no need in them at all.

The speed boat was quite full with people, which was uncomfortable. There was only one restroom on the boat and fresh water for shower was constantly coming to an end. Moreover, you have to bent in the restroom to wash your face and hair (low ceiling).

We spent too much time on some absolutely normal islands and the boat crew didn't let us on the boat before the time was over. What if I wanted to skip some island? No way - they will banish you from there!

And the most terrible thing is that WE WERE NOT TAKEN TO THE PHI PHI ISLAND BEACH! We only had a chance to enjoy the blue lagoon and do some snorkeling there, but we skipped the island itself, we didn't even see it!

NOT RECOMMENDED!

Pros:
- In a day you can see a lot of amazing places you see on postcards and movies. Breathtaking views and great memories. The schedule is packed, but I like to see more rather than stay longer at fewer places. So worked for me well.

- price is ok. If you think that for this money you can go to a good restaurant back home, or see some of the greatest natural wonders... A good deal.

- Snorkeling was ok. We were told that Thailand is not the best country, so we did not expect much, but it was still ok. The water wasn't clear unfortunately and there was around 30 minutes for it, but fish was plentiful.

- Not a lot of pushy sales on this trip. Yes, the photos of people hurt by spikes, but it wasn't too insisting. Nothing else.

Cons:
- the boat was packed with around 50 people, which is highly dangerous in the middle of a pandemic. There was hardly enough place to sit tightly one-by-one. Of course no masks. Highly risky. We had our flight the next day and thanks god the test was negative. This is the largest problem, thus the 4 (could be 3) stars instead of 5.

- the guide wasn't speaking very good English unfortunately. Also they did not give us any interesting information about the places - just when to come back and what are the rules. I understand that the tour is very intensive and there are a lot of things to do, but there were opportunities.

There is truth in alot of the negatives in the reviews here.

Transfer from hotel was good. Then about an hour and a bit later arrive at the port and spend almost another hour there not doing much.

Sexy Sandy who has been mentioned in other posts gives an educational and entertaining talk and also talks about the dangers of the sea urchins which ultimately scares most people into buying their shoes for protection. (Which are priced alot higher than market stalls)

Yes I saw sea urchins on the first snorkeling stop. But be sensible. Look before you jump and dont put your feet on the floor and all is well. For the next 2 or 3 stops clear waters no sea urchins no shoes needed.

Short stops at each place but enough to get a feel. Lunch at phi phi but not enough time to explore the whole island.(good veggie options)

All in all the tour was good and informative and I got to see alot in a short space. Boat was busy but I had a seat and that's all I needed.

Negatives. Alot of waiting around in the beginning. Alot of time on the boat going between islands (more time spent on boat than land) scaremongering about sea urchins to buy their shoes.

Would I reccomend? Yes if you have limited time and want to see alot in a day. I had a good day and felt happy with the service provided. Dont bother with the shoes if your a sensible person or if you do buy before at a market for half the price (300 here but probably 150 or less at a market)

Worst tour I have been on Thailand. We were waiting in the pier too long, with a too long explanation of the trip (they were actually trying to sell us water shoes - DON'T BUY THEM). More then half of the trip was spent on the boat with no view. On Phi Phi most beaches are just seen from the boat, we have stopped on only one where we had lunch, so you don't have much time to see around. We didn't even visited all the islands that were promised. At the end they were begging for a tip and also wanted to sell us photo they took at the begining of the trip. Plus side: guide was nice, free water and coca-cola on the boat.
