Good rooms if you want to take the ferry to Phi Phi in the morning. The hotel is quite basic but the owner takes a lot of care of everything. We enjoyed it.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the sheets had spots - could be changed sometime :)

A decent stay for travellers, the owner is being so helpful and guided us with the local trip. I would recommend this as this is calm place and have everything nearby

Convenient as it’s close to Rassada pier and supermarkets. The owner is very friendly and helpful to make sure you get to where you want to go.

The owner was great and the room was very clean. Mattress was really uncomfortable and you only get a very thin blanket. The bathroom was clean but in need of some renovation.
The A/C smelled weird and me and my friend both woke up with a cough and got sick later in the day with a heavy cold which we think came from the A/C.
All in all, it’s fine for a night before catching the ferry the next morning but would not recommend staying longer.

Off the beaten path, outside of the busy downtown area. The hotel staff are very accommodating and helpful, pointing out places to see on maps and helping to manage transportation to and from activities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place outside of the overcrouded tourist areas.

Owner is great and very helpful. However the room was crawling with bugs and mosquitoes. Also do not rely on the owners friend to sell you ferry tickets. We got robbed for 600 baht per ticket. Make your way to the pier instead. Tickets to Koh Phi Phi are 300 to 350 baht per head.

The owner and his wife is super helpful and makes things easy to do.

The bed felt super uncomfortable and we ended up booking into hotels rather to get a good night's rest after staying there our first night.

The location is not great, far from the main attractions.

If you are looking for a good night's rest on a comfortable mattrass, this is not your place.
