Reception staff are generally friendly but not very knowledgeable/helpful. The immediate area is not easy to get out of quickly if you're in a rush. Expect waits if you order a taxi from hotel and a mark up. Night staff even less able. Room was decent, clean and good value.
Probably a bit too far out of town, which is good if you want to get away from hustle and bustle of the beach areas.

We booked tours and flights as they were so helpful rather than the time spent on the net to book. The location of the hotel is quite nice. I got a pretty cheap price for booking the room the night before. The whole hostel in fact is kept near spotless.

Value for money is great! I loved the staff more than the room (:
The hotel is nice and the room was good enough. I found the staff to be the most helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating!
Though the hotel is outdated it's good value for money. Quite central in Phuket!

Newly renovated... This hotel in the heart of Phuket Town has beautiful rooms, friendly and professional staff, the best Chinese restaurant in Phuket..... And soon to come, the next great pub in town. The Pearl Pub by Cider House will be open soon serving Phuket Town with best ciders and coldest beers the town has to offer. With access to the pool area and great views of the partygoers outside, come see it all very soon!

For a stop over this place is fine. The location is excellent if you are traveling to the islands. Our room had flaking paint everywhere so bad we did not put our clothes on any shelf until we lined the shelf with plastic, which we went out and bought. ***y employees took care of us.
