We stayed here for two nights. The staff was very friendly. We initially booked the room with shared bathroom, but asked for an upgrade and they did it without any hassle. The rooms were clean, and AC worked well. Location is ideal as the bus terminal 1 is only 500 meters away. Very nice place considering the price. Even has a small pool. Hot drinking water was available for free. They even allowed us to wash our dishes.

About the monkey, the owner has a story to tell.

P.S. No hot water in the shower was available but it was all right considering the heat.

Good Price for Air Con rooms.
Clean Bed sheets, clean room, shower, water, space to move.

It was the cheapest place in Puket Town with air con. The room also had a private shower included but a shared toilet which was absolutely comfortable to use.

We stayed there in the beginning and at the End of our Thailand tour and didn't have any issues with Eden.
But be aware of the monkey, when you give him some fruit it will jump at you after a while in its cage.

I was here for 7 days in the simple room.
The simple room is simple, but what more you want for 200 baths.
The blanquets were clean, the towels as well.
Yes the matress is little hard but is ok for the back ;)
The stuff at time i was here was very helpful and friendl, they help me to find nice beaches, good prices of motorbike rental.
Has a small swimming pool which is useful if you are so hot and don't want to go to the beach.
The monkey is so cute, if you feel bad for her, then make her life happier, go and give food, stay with her touch her and try to do it happy.
Of course this is not a 5 star hotel, is a guest house, and not to stay all day in the simple room.
Good for backpackers and friendly stuff.

We paid 400 baht for one night with aircon and Fan. Matresses were hard as wood so you can easily put a full bottle of water on it without falling down, Rooms smelling like mold , the sheeds had yellow oil stains which looked like footprints, wifi isnt working, no warm water so you have to shower cold. A cought and chained monkey were sitting all day at the lobby.. poor little guy. We are longtime backpackers but we only stayed here for one night. The rooms are okay and the people are very friendly but you will find a better acc. for your money.

I booked this place because it was right behind bus terminal 1. That was the only great thing about this hostel. There are no shops except of a 7/11 nearby, there is literally nothing to do. The hostel was terrible room was really hot! Only to fans voor 6 bed dorm. Luckily for me I was the only one in the room. Unfortunately I didn't met anyone in Phuket. I was literally the only guest in the hostel... The service was terrible they barely understood me and when they did they didn't said anything back. The mattress was really hard I good barely sleep on it, same for the pillow. The curtains were also really bad I woke up at 6:30 because of the light of the sun. One plus they had a pool, but no idea how clean it was. I wasn't brave enough to take a look, haha. Such I disappointment to book this hostel. Don't recommend it.

Cheap room, but has nice communal showers and pool, although the room was badly ventilated so I recommend going to the air conned room if you can. The monkey in the courtyard is very cute and apparently was injured and unable to be returned to the wild but if I believe that I'm not sure. The monkey looked quite sad.

Had a great two night stay at Eden Hostel. Nice clean room with AC and private bathroom for 400 bath a night. Friendly staff. Close to the mall and the city center.
