Strategic location, all the eateries and amenities are within walking distance. The customer service is excellent. Very willing to help and provide information for the guests. Great budget hostel and will come back again.

I had an amazing time here. The room was clean. Minimalistic rustic decor with a fresh new look. The staff was extremely helpful to get the COVID-19 regulations fulfilled as well as in general. Bubble tea and japanese style restaurant on the ground floor was very convenient to have and good food. Walking distance to Monkey hill ????

Helpful staff, clean rooms and great price.
Please be aware that the happening part of the Phuket (for tourists) is far from this place.
We manager to rent a scooter at the hotel and was easy for us to roam around.

Friendly staff and adequate room with balcony and view of the surrounding neighbourhood. Had to spend the first quarantine day here after arriving. Staff was accommodating, explaining the procedures and bringing ramen from downstairs to the room. Also seen a separate working space

Stayed for 2 nights. Overall, I had a positive experience. Comfortable beds. The staff helped me with the complex test u0026 go program documentation prior to arrival to Thailand.

Modern hotel with cool loft style bedrooms. Good location near some funky bars but also just a bus ride away from patong. Rooms were tidied everday and water was provided.

Haven't been a guest but this hotel helped a friend with a problem regarding her pcr test for the test and go program. They did a lot of phone calls and sorted everything out for her. This is what I consider good customer service and it deserves a 5 star rating. Will consider staying here myself in the future.
