Fantastic place in Kata. Quite neighborhood. Rooms are big and comfy. Beds are super comfortable with two kind of pillows, soft and hard. Kettle, fridge, water, tea and coffee. Free breakfast, toasts with butter and jam. Amazing swimming pool. Chill out zone with pool. Kitchen shared. Good WiFi. Stuff really friendly and helpful always. Supermarket and places to eat, local and western just around the corner. Kata Beach 20-25 minutes walking.

This is set up as a hostel/hotel hybrid. It was low season, so the 6 bed private room worked great for our family of 5. Kids loved being there. The place was modern u0026 immaculately clean. Every staff person was friendly u0026 accommodating. It’s a short motorbike ride to Kata, Kata Noi u0026 Karon. Cheap laundry service u0026 motorbike rentals within 200 feet of the entrance. We will most certainly stay here again if we return to Phuket.
