The gym itself is your standard, physique-focused, weightlifting gym.
There are a few actual physique competitors that train out of here.
A lot of casual bodybuilders. The pro-type bodybuilders seem to train at Rawai Gym.
Good selection of weights, machines, and cardio equipment. It has AC. It's very clean. You see a cleaner busy all day. Plus one section of it is brand new. There is a nice cafe inside which is nice to work from. Wifi is good. It does attract a cool crowd. Made a bunch of friends during my membership there.
The front desk staff are some of the friendliest you will find in thailand. Shoutout to Nan and New. Always greeting you with a big friendly smile.
One thing I do not like is there is no comfortable area to stretch or foam roll. If it's not busy you may have a small spot to stretch, but will be in the way of other equipment that people may use. There is also no studio, so there are no classes of any kind.
Good gym overall, just blatantly overpriced if you are a foreigner.
5000thb for 2 months ($100cad/mo.) and that was with a discount.
Anywhere else this is just your standard 1000 - 1500thb/ mo. gym. Which is a fair price, and about what the actual (non-foreigner) monthly price is. But if you want a proper, clean, AC gym in Rawai or Nai Harn, this is your only option.
