Absolutely loved this place. Room is super huge and clean, with a balcony. Room directly leads to downstairs swimming pool which is beautiful. Location near Phuket Old Town, easy to get around. This place is not touristy and away from the party places so it's a perfect chill spot and very local. Should definitely try the restaurant downstairs, delicious mak.

There's a mini bird park at the corner of the resort and a small lake, plenty of peacocks, ducks, chickens and other birds. There are otters too but didn't got to see them. Becareful of mosquitoes, it's madness.

Spacious room at good price (approx 1,000) per night for 3 persons without breakfast but you can walk to the morning market or 7-11 nearby. Staffs are friendly and parking lots are sufficiently available.

We’ve tried a few dishes at the hotel’s restaurant (Kanun) and the taste was not so bad esp for the spicy ones, good with a couple of chilled mugs of beer. :)

There are a few rare birds walking around like peacocks and cranes and a large swimming pool, good for kids and family trip as well.

A nice small cozy family resort with reasonable pricing and good food. Pricing for food is also not expensive. Main attraction is a big swimming pool in the middle where you can jump right in from your room. You can spend your whole stay relaxing in your room or by the pool with room service. There is a small wet market near the resort. Also have noodle shops nearby the resort. A massage shop is also nearby and they have out call service too.
