In short: Hotel from hell. Staff was veyy rude. The pillow was damaged, but the hotel won't let us exchange it. The walls are so thin you can hear everyone talking. Hotel refused to move us to a quieter room on a higher floor, lying that the hotel is full. Asked to speak to the hotel manager but was again refused. In the end, we left the hotel after staying there for an hour and they didn't return the money. The sugar palm hotel nearby is about the same price, but has a much better service and quieter. Avoid Leelawadee hotel at all cost!!!

The property is a very nice place to stay for honeymooners. Perfect location for the weekend night market which is why we booked this property. The room rate is fairly unbeatable for the product. The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class.

New place but don't expect much out of it. A very quiet neighborhood and a quiet place. Rassada pier is about 30 mins away and the airport an hour by taxi.

It's good to stay here,very comfortable and clean.its near Jao Fa Variety market or night market that open Fri- Sun night. Opposite have a local food is quite nice.

I was told by my Thai and Chinese friends that the rent per month was 7,000 baht per month. I needed a place to stay so I went there to ask how much for a month, the receptionist took out a calculator, took the daily rate and multiplied it by 30 days. Then, proceeded to add in over 3,000 baht for electricity, water and internet. The total per month was around 30,000 baht. Was the price so high because of my skin color? More than likely. Just another discriminatory act in Thailand.
