Decent size room. Within a few min walk to the beach. As it was covid period, very quiet with few guests but hotel staff were really friendly. Room with pool view faces another resort really near but it was abandoned (as was with so many other places), so in normal times would not be ideal.

Very friendly staff ... It's a laid back hotel with not many tourists. Many shops are closed, but still have a few nice bars with live band, restaurants and shops. Beach is right across the main road (one minute from Hotel), 7Eleven and motorcycle rental is just around the corner. We shifted here after 2 nights at Patong beach and extended our stays here to 5nights as we like the quiet n slow environment. And yes .. the beach is fantastic!

The staff is amazing and the hotel rooms are super big and clean (I got a double room with pool view and I was super fine!) They also provide 4 complimentary water bottle at day per room!

Restaurants was closed, and also pool bar was closed, price of room service too high compared with the price of competitor restaurants nearby.

Bring cash as they will ask a deposit of 3k of Bath, fully refundable at the checkout :)

We have to say this hotel was fab, from our room to the cleaning staff right up to reception , they simply could not do enough for us. The warm friendly welcome we got all the time was lovely. Everyone had smiles on their face when we were coming and going. Notting was a problem in this hotel. Even the spa nxt door was beautiful would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks guys for a lovely stay.

Just completed a 2 week stay at Karon Sea Sands and I must say, it was very difficult checking out and leaving. It was certainly a home away from home. The hotel was in a prefect location for restaurants and bars, with the beach directly across the road. Facilities were superb and what a treat it was to be upgraded to a room with direct pool access (thank you Jay). This was one of our best overseas holidays in many years and much of the credit goes to the staff at Karon Sea Sands. They were absolutely amazing and made our holiday so enjoyable. To Jay and the team at reception, the staff at O'Reillys for breakfasts, Josh for transfers, Gopal for pool music, and the wonderful housekeeping staff...a big thank you from the Southwell family for making our holiday so wonderful. You truly are wonderful, we miss you, and we can't wait to return :)

Great location just opposite the beach with Seven Eleven, Karon circle, restaurants, Forex shops and shops on walking existence just within 500 mtr. The breakfast and food is good, swimming pool is clean, rooms are good in size with additional sofa bed, king size beds, nice washrooms, neat u0026 clean. Staff is courteous u0026 friendly.

Great hotel but a bit pricier compared to similar ones just a few minutes from the beach. Had an absolutely great stay though for sure.
