Nice elephant and monkey shows! And had great opportunity to ride and feed the elephants!

Eye opening experience. I didn't look into this place before booking and was very surprised. Every animal at this place is suffering. The monkeys and the elephants especially.
The elephant guides were stepping on the ears which was pretty disturbing.
I went to pet an elephant and to play with one after the show and he guy yelled at me to stay away and if I wanted a photo I needed to be on the platform above.
If you've ever heard of places where the animals work all day and don't get the proper amount of food, this place is like that.
The animals were all chained and had little to no room to move around.

Please save your money and visit an actual elephant sanctuary. My brother and I left this place feeling depressed

The worst experience in my life! I would like to turn back time and never see that place. Animals are treated so bad! Especially elephants! I can’t understand how people can enjoy “Elephant trekking” when the elephants are walking around In such a small place and they are being hitting with sharp tool into their heads!! What is more, you are force to buy a bandannas for elephants, if not?? They are saying that because of you elephants are hungry and sad. I couldn’t stay in that horrible place more than 15 minutes. People! Please don’t buy trips including this attraction and stop support this brutality!

You can not bathe an elephant here, but there are shows.

The place offers a lot of stuff e.g. elephant trekking, ox-cart riding, monkey show, Thai boxing, ATV trekking, a shooting range etc. --- Pro: we (couple) just wanted to make an elephant ride without anything else and this is being offered with only including a 10min baby elephant show; the hotel transfer service worked very well. --- Con: from what we experienced in the approx 60min ride the whole place looks quite wasted, the shooting range facility being the only exception. Currently (Jan.2016) a lot of construction work is in progress without any visible information about what is going on, why and until when. Although lovely animals the elephant ride also was below our expectations, it's more or less just strolling around on the campus paths with some nice moments like when the elephant gets a shower or you meet some other elephant which you then may feed directly (on your own elephant you give it to the rider and he gives it to your elephant).

Absolutely terrible treatment of animals. Elephants chained to ground, cannot even move 3 feet. We signed up for a a white water rafting and ATV day and had to witness a ridiculous amount of animal cruelty. So sad we accidentally contributed to this terrible operation. Lesson learned.
