This hotel is splendid. The staff is very nice, the rooms are huge and the bed is so comfy. We felt very welcome in this resort, people were so eager to help us at anytime.
The pool is amazing, the view from the swimming pool is stunning : we had an amazing time. The restaurant is very good and the ice cream corner is a delight!

But indeed, as mentioned in previous reviews: the location is a bit in the middle of nowhere. You have to walk 15 min by the road to get to a grocery store. The hotel can book you a taxi, but prices are well above the real rates you could get by booking by yourself (on grab for example).
I think it would be a good idea for the hotel to offer a free shuttle service to go to the beach for example! (If you taxi to the beach it will cost you around 800b)
Also, the laundry service is very efficient but very expensive (we paid 1000b to wash 8 items)

To conclude : there is a few things that could be easily improved, but overall I can only recommend this place

Such a hard review to do. The hotel and it's facilities are excellent. The rooms and balcony are great. The pool is amazing, the restaurant is decent and the staff are so nice. It falls down massively in the fact that it's located in a big bay that you can't swim in. The bay is used for fishing and there's no beach access. Also, the location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It's a 15 minute walk to the nearest 7-Eleven. There's barely any restaurants and no bars around. It's such a shame because if this hotel was in a better location it would easily be 5 stars.

A little corner of paradise. The facilities are great, the view and the swiming pool are amazing. Also very happy about the restaurant which provides both local and western dishes at a fair price. Staff was both nice and very helpful. The hotel is just a bit far from the most famous beaches on the island, but it is easy to order a Grab or a Taxi to get there.

Just Perfect! The Hotel holds a great view and the staff is so sweet and friendly! Best service ever. The rooms look very exclusive and are super clean. 15 Minutes walk down the street you can find two supermarkets and the hotel offers scooter rentals. Wish I could stay longer but I will come back for sure!

Funky place in a picturesque location off the beaten track. Nice menu and concept for dining just needs a little polishing on the delivery. Staff were lovely. Nice place to have dinner if you're in the area.

Gorgeous clean new hotel, rooms and facilities look like pictures. Love the design and theme of the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful.
A few negatives were that the hotel walls were really thin and you could hear everything from next door, even conversation and coughing. The restaurant is really overpriced with tiny childsize portions. Some of the food is really bland and tasteless and the spaghetti Bolognese was over salty. The room had mosquitoes and on the first night I counted 10 mosquito bites In the morning. Nothing around the hotel, no shops or anything.

This resort is a newly inaugurated resort.
Room is too good and the balcony has a beautiful view.
The only cons i felt here is was no one is there to attend at the reception. We have to go to nearby resort ( fotolab resort if i am not wrong) and do the needful procedure during entry and leaving from the resort.
Breakfast buffet was provided at tide resort which was an average one. Majority of the cuisines were chinese items.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Streets leading to the resort is very dark.
Overall the experience was good.
