Pease and quiet is what you get, the only disturbance were the little red ants that found their way to my motorcycle helmet and were probably hoping for a free ride. I think it's not an issue considering the natural environment. Very friendly welcoming staff, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is roast eggs ham and Asian food. Excellent to relax and recharge.

Perfect place to relax away from the busy city life. Nice pool, wide range of food available and great staff. Only thing is it's a little far from everywhere. You can rent a motorbike/scooter from the hotel for 300 baht for 24 hours. Free mini bar with lots of goodies including beers Highly recommended

I had lunch at the Kong Kang Restaurant at Crystal Wild Resort. I have eaten here a few times and have always enjoyed my meals. The view across the harbour is lovely. The dishes are freshly prepared and worth the wait. The serving sizes especially of Thai food are very generous. The staff are friendly and attentive. The prices are quite reasonable for a hotel restaurant. I will definitely eat here again.

Very quiet remote location. Hotel is actually beautiful, but it seems to be poorly managed. Rooms are nice and big with view to the pool and nature, but not very clean. The pool is super nice with view to the sea. You can't walk anywhere and definetly need to rent a car or motorbike (scooters can be rented for 300 Bhat a day at the hotel). No beach nearby to relax. Beer at the bar are bloody expensive. Staff's english was poor.

This is my review of Cristal wild resort. First impression that's is quiet. The lady behind the counter did what you expect takes you information and all then show the room but we early so we chilled next to the pool for one hour. Then we went in to the room really nice nice shower and bed. Just a good 4* pool was nice nothing special 3.5* then comes the bad we wanted a shake or coconuts so we walk of to find that but it's so long to a nother place so we walk back and just got a soda. Then we had dinner not the best experience the green curry was so freaking spicy that my head was about to explode. We also wanted to have pad see ew they didn't have the right noodles so took it with yellow noodles that tasted good. Then we had fish that was strange in texture and taste also a bit to spicy but I was it was edible. Okej Prices the girl serving was a bit strange but that's fine. Now breakfast a tipical Thai/English breakfast just plane not so tasty stuff.
Overall dinner and breakfast experience 2.5* to be honest
We went to the gym it has 4 excitements one treadmill,bike, and a broken and elliptical machine. And a all in one gym thing but only for armes no leg training

Pros:
+ clean
+ beatiful location
+ delicious garlic shrimp

Cons:
- 30 minutes waiting time for food
- no ambience music but TV with Thai Drama instead
- loud shouting and noises from the kitchen
- overcooked fish

Overall not worth the time and money necessary to get there. Being the only guests there, we expected better service.

“An awful experience at Chrystal Wild Resort - Panwa Beach Phuket. From 25th December 2016 till 2nd January 2017. ”

It was high up in a desolate area about 30 minutes by foot to Panwa Beach. It was located on a very steep hill on a winding path. It was so steep that on the night we arrived the taxi driver who drove a big van could not drive right to the top to the entry of the hotel, he had to stop halfway and then carry the suitcases one by one up to reception. There was poor lighting all around the hotel especially outside. On the second day, I was going back to my room on the second floor when I tripped and fell sideways and twisted my left foot. This was because the pavement going up to my room was uneven/cracked and out of alignment. There was also gaps in between the pavement slacks and grass in between them. There was no hand rail on the side to hold onto whilst going up and down the pavement steps. The staff were not very friendly. There was only one restaurant in the hotel and the food was extremely expensive. We had no other choice than to eat at the restaurant every night and sometimes at lunch time too. We were told by the reception staff that it was not safe for two women to go outside the resort at night on there own as the lighting was extremely poor and you needed half an hour to walk to Panwa Beach where there were a few places to eat. Unfortunately after I twisted my foot, my daughter and I needed to put the light on from our mobile phones to see where we were going and to avoid any further accidents. We also wore trainers as a safety precaution. My daughter and I were extremely dissatisfied with this hotel. I felt misinformed by the advert which showed a picture of the resort overlooking a beautiful sea. The sea was muddy and full of rocks. We could not even access it as there were rails all around. This sea was not Panwa Beach. My daughter and I felt unsafe during our stay here as we saw a snake on the grass, lizards on the wall and frogs everywhere.
