I loved it here. We booked 3 villas for only two days but we extend it to 6 days. The hotel is in their soft opening and they are perfect. The staff is the greatest they treated us with high class manners. Also,Cleaning, activity,and hospitality is what made us love this place more. it’s a quiet place and they have a good massage and for a good price.

However, the see in this location isn’t good, the water go far from beach half of the day but you still can enjoy it later but not always :).

One of the best stays I have had. We were on a family vacation and booked two rooms. Everything from check in to check out was excellent. The resort is right on the beach. It is a private beach. The breakfast spread is amazing. They have two pools. Simply relax and enjoy your stay. stayed Nov 2018

Beautiful hotel with excellent service - definitely worth it. Hotel manager greeted us throughout the trip and was very polite. Will stay again - 5 star service.

Crowne Plaza Panwa Beach Resort is a beautiful place to take a rest.

Crowne Plaza Panwa Beach Resort is a five-star resort of the InterContinentalara Hotel Group with 224 rooms. It has the best location for sightseeing in Phuketown because it is about 5 kilometers away from Phuketown.

Phuket Panwa Beach is a place where there are not many overseas tourists due to its regional characteristics. Crowne Plaza Panwa Beach Resort is located at the Panwa Beach Gate.

The resort is located on a quiet beach and has an island-like atmosphere. If you want to forget everything and relax, the Crowne Plaza Panwa Beach Resort is an ideal environment.

There are many wonderful resorts in Panwa Beach, but the Panwa Beach area is not well known to overseas tourists due to the lack of publicity such as TAT, Phuket Town City Hall, and poor transportation conditions.

As a result, the Panwa Beach area does not have many tourists compared to other beaches in Phuket.It is an excellent choice for travelers from urban areas suffering from noise and pollution.

Excellent hotel. All staff speak English well, polite and very interested all the time. Rooms are very comfortable.

We stayed four nights in total at this hotel and the following points should be noted:-
Bad points - none
Good points:- Staff exceeded our expectations in their attention and service. The hotel is ideally placed to be away from the noise of the city - yet within a short cheap taxi ride. The ambiance of the hotel is first class. The food quality exceptional and the choice of menus well above average. Staff on reception - especially Mark and Fern would be an asset to any hotel as their attention to detail and assistance was more than we could expect. The manager Ellen (hope I spelt that right) gave us her full attention whenever we required it and the rest of the staff formed a good solid working team any hotel would be proud of.

Note for swimmer:- The beach is extremely shallow, and the tide goes out a very long way – very scenic though - ideal for kids but not for swimming. However, the beautiful large pools are ideal for swimming or just messing about in. 100% out of 100% on all counts - well done to all staff at Crown Plaza Phuket Panwa
