Good value for money. Clean and large rooms (superior room) Air conditioner is not blowing at the bed! That's very rare air conditioner setup variant in Thailand)). Hotel have small pool and car parking.

Stayed here two nights. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped us with check-in and also room was large, spacious and also had a balcony. Bathroom was good as well. We had lunch and dinner as well here and food was good. We had an early flight the day we left and so they packed our breakfast for us. The location is good and there is a seven-11 in walking distance. They also have a pool

The rooms are big, well maintained and clean (especially for Thai standards).
The staff was really friendly and helpful (this dude put in so much effort to better up our stay). The view over the city from the 4th floor is good.
The city centre is just a walk away.

Only downside would had been the breakfast, which consists of two pieces of bread with jam, coffee or tea, scrambled or Fried eggs and two small sausages. But for a few days it's all you need to start in the morning.

I truly enjoyed my stay. Sure some say that it's a little out of the way, it's quiet all of the time unlike other locations where the traffic and band music must be tolerated. The staff were always courteous and would go the extra mile to assist. The restaurant was extremely good with nice portions and prices. I will definitely come to stay again.

The staff was very friendly and helped us organize activities. What made this stay so great was the staff. The view from the balcony (in the deluxe room) is quite nice, considering location. The hotel itself is very comfortable and suitable if you have to stay in Phuket Town for a ferry trip or business etc.

The accommodation at Cool Residence was good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We paid 900 thb for a night (23 euros) so I think it's amazing value for the money. The facade of the building was being renovated making it a bit noisy for front rooms from early in the morning.

The personnel is friendly , they bend over backwards to make your stay comfortable.
The restaurant food is delicious!
The hotel room's are spacious with a efficient working Air conditioning.
I wil definitely recommend you to come and stay here.
