The staff here go above and beyond, from the cart drivers, luggage helpers and the waitstaff. Ya at the front desk is a gem; smiling, informed and helpful. Beautiful hotel as well and the pictures don’t do it justice. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and all the amenities one would expect in a hotel of this caliber. Wonderful hotel!

Very nice and clean rooms. Big swimming pool. Nice breakfast buffet with mainly Thai food. Friendly staff. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood near to the harbor. I loved to stay in this place.

I don't care about the rest. They should not play with food. Why serve pork when I ordered beef? I googled "Thai beef salad" and wow your beef is the same as the one I have in my country! Even my local friends agreed that it's pork when they saw a video of this food. And messed up order as well. I ordered "Non-spicy beef salad" and I was served a dish with a ton of chopped red chilis. They fixed it by removing the chili pieces. Astonishing. Yes, I complained but it didn't help at all. Don't let them fool you. There are better places to eat in the area.

Huge pier. Well maintained. If you buy anything there is very expensive so dont.
Different hotels have offices there and organize transfers to their respective hotels.

Stayed in a room for 1 month while working on our boat in the marina
Staff are extremely lovely and helpful
Rooms are clean and tidy and good value

I didn't go to the resort but was at Boat Lagoon for the "Lean on Me Festival" which was held at the Boat Lagoon's "White House" which is aa big tent that accommodated everything going on that day. And there was a lot! Including 10 bands playing, a Swap Shop Meet, and many excellent food choices. skateboarding for the kids, etc. I always enjoy the events going on at "Boat Lagoon" and this one was a Great one! Thanks.

We stayed just one night after a late event at the White House. Beautiful layout, pool would be perfect for kids, room was quiet and nicely decorated. Will definitely recommend to friends who come to Phuket!
