Black Canyon Coffee (Central Festival Phuket)

Horrible, terrible and disgusting. The orange chairs are black from dirt. The cushion on my seat was sticky from not being washed for I don't know how long. This is a restaurant in the only major mall in Phuket, how they are surviving beats me.
The food, I ordered the grilled salmon salad and the kale with oyster sauce. The grilled salmon was room temperature and parts of it was cold. The sauce which came with it is not fresh, or just to my taste. I couldn't get myself to eat the kale. I had two bites and ordered the bill.
Ahhh, that's off my chest. Now I don't feel bad about paying for food I didn't eat.
The service is bad as well. Might be that I'm a foreigner. Last but not least, no one asked why I didn't eat more than two bites!!!

Being a regular customer of black canyon, I find this branch staff unbelievably rude. I had to go to the counter to place order which was a steak. While I had to confirm them I wanted it "well done", lady at counter didn't like my face probably and literally held my hand showing me way to my table. Regardless of how arrogant and rude she was, I could ignore if food was not even edible. I left without finishing. This branch is without completion worst.
