The people at the desk barely speak english. You have to pay extra for airconditionering and/of a fan. The rooms are very dirty. Bathroom floor was soaking wet when we arrived. Beds are bad. Conclusion: for this price you can find way better hotels/hostels. Don't do it.

This is a very run down hotel. Unfriendly. Serious lack of maintenance. Don't expect the water from your morning cold shower to drain away by night time.
