Very nice looking restaurant with nice decor and vibe. Wait-time for the food was quite longer than usual. Taste was good, but cleanliness is a bit fishy and suspicious. There seems to be dust and insects in the water jug that they pour into our drinking water glass. Apparently most of the stuff we ordered seemed to have 'run out', so we settled with a beef krapao with egg, salmon steak, and pork chop. Also, make sure to ask the staff what side dishes comes with the menu you ordered, because the stuff that they serve doesn't match with what it says on the menu (just a heads up so that you don't get bummed out to not receive what you expected).

Save your money, avoid this place. It looks nice inside, but service and food are both sub-standard. My son ordered a Thai dish, and roughly 10 minutes later, the waitress returned to tell him they did not have any more sour curry. Though I ordered a “Tomahawk” Wagyu steak at the same time, it took another 10 minutes, after they told my son they could not fill his order, for them to tell me they did not have the Tomahawk steak. I ordered two different Wagyu steaks (200 grams each). The picture in the menu shows a marbeled, thick, Wagyu Rib Eye and New York strip. What showed up was a lukewarm wafer, perhaps 10 mm thick. It was obvious the steaks had been sitting in the kitchen for some time, prior to being brought to our table; the steaks and vegetables were not hot, they were room temperature. My wife and son both commented their Thai food was not delicious at all.

You can get a much better meal - same thing my wife, son, and I ordered at Penang Steak House, including beer, for 1/2 the price we paid at Penang (2,600 THB). Do yourself a favor, have a much better, and much less expensive, meal somewhere else. We didn’t bother finishing the meal; it was that bad.

The meal was very nice looking and the place was clean. But the waiters don't speak English and they gave me a meal which I didn't order, also the plate of my wife was very very spicy, another thing that the waitress didn't advise us (and we've asked about that). To finish, the waiters was massaging each other in the middle of the restaurant.

Had coffee and ice cream here and liked the décor, service and menu. There is a cafe adjacent to the main restaurant which as the name suggests is focused on steak and meat dishes. WiFi was available for customers. In my brief visit staff were friendly and this was a good place to kill some time. On a future visit I'd like to try the dinner menu!

Very nice and chill environment, the look of a Western steak house.

The steak was very good, spaghetti and other Western foods all have authentic taste.

Service was excellent, the price is on par with same class of restaurants in Bangkok, a bit on a higher end.

The have a cafe and a craft beer bar on the lower level.

Good value for money meal, nice presentation at affordable pricing. Recommended place for family and friends outing. Service speed could be improved.

Delicious and reasonable price, it seems high but comparison with quality it’s very reasonable. Good service, I recon and I recommend thai food and steak but japanese is not much good.
