Atmosphere- good, very relax and quiet. It is greenery with lots of big trees, and a large pond with lotus
Parking- many parking lots, very convenient
Room- spacious bed and bathroom. Not many electric outlets, found only two sockets at working desk. Air conditioning system is working well.
Restaurant- very slow response at dinner time, waiting time for a dish is half an hour! Breakfast is ok, not too many items, but enough with varieties.

All good u0026 great except that the room has no proper lightings. There are only four dim warm white lights situated at 4 corners of the room. Packing our stuffs under these lighting condition is difficult.

I must say that Pattara Resort u0026 Spa is very likely the best hotel in Phitsanulok. The property is very attractive, nicely landscaped, quiet, and conveniently located.

We checked in after 4pm, but had to wait 20 minutes for our Deluxe Double (the only room available when we booked) to be ready. That's really not acceptable, even on New Year's Eve.

The room itself is a mixture of good and bad. The bathroom is really massive (too big?), but only has one basin, very odd given its size. Great spacious shower and good water pressure. The bedroom, however feels pretty small, and has no bedside tables -- where are guests supposed to put their glasses, book, water and whatever else? And only one chair and no proper table for in-room dining, with a large area taken up by a day bed which I can't imagine most people ever using except to put bags on. It all felt a bit cramped, but the bed was comfortable. The balcony is a very decent size, with another day bed, but only one tiny side table. A couple of chairs and a small dining table would be a good addition on the balcony.

We used room service and partook of the buffet breakfast -- both experiences were good, and the food excellent.

If we need a room in Phitsanulok again, I'm sure we would return to the Pattara. But addressing my niggles would make for big improvements in my view.

We stayed here on Christmas night here on the way back to Bangkok from the North. Unfortunately, there was a wedding preparation at the hotel for the next early morning (6am). The rooms were mostly occupied from what I asked hotel staff. The dinner we ordered from the room service was tasty but unprofessionally cold. Also, I requested to have breakfast in room since we wanted to keep social distancing from all the wedding guests who come sharing breakfast area.

Recommendations:
1) During Covid time, please be ensured to keep all guests safe at least separating the area for in-house guests.
2) Customer service should be maintained even though the hotel has full of guests.

Overall, we love the hotel atmosphere. The room we stayed, has got a nice cold air-con and comfy beddings.

That's a lovely hotel. Everything is made to give you a relaxing stay. There's a big pond full of lotus flowers, a swimming pool, the breakfast room is in front of the pond. I loved the breakfast, there's good choice and the quality of food is excellent. The room was very nice, we had a very big bathroom and a lovely balcony in front of the pond. Overall we're very happy and we'll certainly come back.

It was old. This is our second time here. I hope the hotel can improve and update some old room facilities.
Today, the weather is not hot, okay! It is cool, please give me the warm water, okay? I ask you that I needed warm water, you said that would need more than 30 minutes. O~M~G~ !!!
This time, we choose this hotel, because we stayed here before. But, next time, we will never choose here again, because we feel so bad this time...

We have just left from Phitsanulok at this piece of paradise.
In terms of uniqueness and due to the beauty of the place this property is so impressive that could be the key selling point to put Phitsanulok in the worlwide map.
Fantastic color palette, nice decoration but lacking of details such as fresh flowers or a more thainss in the middle of such a beautiful green lush idylic garden.
It is a stunning place, an exotic dream representative of Thailand in terms of uniqueness and exotism, but...

*******Cleanliness it is poor***********

Our room was a bit smelly, not fresh.
The fridge has rust marks and water leaking.
Have never seen a toilet bowl inside a shower (yes, it is true)
The wash basin in the bathroom has never seen a scotch brite or a brush, there are water marks of years.
The terrace with a nice sofa color and fabric had water leaking from the night before that kept exactly the same the next day.
The linen and towels, although clean, doesnt look fresh.
They have a daily bed turn down that came the first night, never saw it again.

Overall the room looks Ok but not freshly clean.
Sweep the floor, change bed and towels but, not disinfection whatsoever. Toilet bowl never scratched either.
The gecko droppings are everywhere, yes, I know it is a tropical country, but have never been cleaned from the stairs, the hand rails or the floor. And there are many, many, many of them.

The water of the swimming pool was yellow-ish. We asked receptionist as we wanted to enjoy an afternoon by the beautiful pool, but the color never changed in 2 days and so we were totally unable to enjoy an afternoon by the pool, reading, eating or drinking.

Staff is very nice but some if them they seemed not to understand Thai, they are afraid to speak and /or reply to simple questions, but so far they are extremely nice and happy to please us..
