The lady at the reception was very grumpy. My wife asked for a nice room and she replied they have only good rooms. My wife explained her that other hotels offer something like deluxe rooms, she replied that they have deluxe rooms but they are expensive. She kept this behavior even when my wife had to sign a paper.
The room is very dark and just one little light is working. For sure we will not come again to this place.

Awesome place! Cozy and clean rooms, comfortable and big bed, hot shower and basic amenities. Staff is super friendly and the restaurant has proper Italian pizzas cooked with a wood-fired oven, so delicious!! Superb location with many restaurants around and 7 Eleven within walking distance, the old bus station is just 15 minutes away if you fancy a nice walk. I will definitely stay there again when in Phitsanulok, fair price and outstanding service, cannot ask for more!

One of our usual overnight places - its in the heart of the city so you can walk to some of the sights. However we use for the combination of safe parking, a bar within the hotel, live music, (albeit way too loud), reasonable prices, and a basic breakfast.
The rooms with the double beds are next to the road and can get very noisy - if you don't need one, get the twin rooms at the rear of the hotel for a better nights sleep.

Nice basic budget hotel in town with interesting antique decor. We had a deluxe room but it faces the busy street. With the birds and scooter traffic it was quite noisy all night. Rooms are large and clean. Restaurant food is good. Breakfast is very basic but works. Parking is available behind the hotel. Staff was very helpful sorting out an issue with the A/C. They have a good selection of imported beers and live music on some nights.

The room was not clean. There were stains and hairs on the bed sheet, pillow cases and the blanket sheet in both twin bed rooms.
The night shift front office employees were really nice and friendly but the morning shift one was not nice and moody. She doesn't have service mind to talk to customers nicely.
