The room is quite specious and clean. I had a pleasant stay at this place although the some rooms are quite close to the main road but it doesn't make much noise. The staff were very friendly this hotel has included breakfast which is really nice for the price. The dining zone is clean. I do recommend this place if anybody is looking for a place to stay in Pitsanulok.

Disgusting! I found 5 cockroaches in the room and the hotel cannot do nything about it. The front desk said if you are not comfotable you can leave the hotel... Of course i was not comortable to stay in the place like this. And that time was 9pm, then i had to find another hotel on Saturday night which was easy.
One word for this hotel "worst hotel ever"

Good price, good b'fast and the best thing is they provide Dutch Wife (bolster) which none of the other hotels do

The rooms are quite old but renovated. There's an elevator. Opposite to bigC. Large parking area. I love breakfast here!

Clean and comfortable for a mid trip stop. Staff could improve their hospitality but the rooms are reasonable and good.
