Do not judge this place by its appearance from the road.
Very nice bloke here was welcoming and the bed/room will not disappoint.
If you are in transit, you don't need a "so-called" resort.
Very affordable.

Comfortable place near the highway and bus station. You will need a car or motorcycle to find food as it is isolated off of the highway. Covered parking area for a motorcycle. Great value for an overnight stay.

If you need to catch an early bus, this is a good hotel next to Phitsanulok Bus Terminal 2. The bus station is east of Phitsanulok town, approx. 8 km from the Train Station.

The air-conditioning didn't cool down the room temperature in my first room, and was too noisy in my second room. Avoid if you are light sleeper it is hard to get asleep.
There was a lady on reception who speaks perfect English but when aircon issues unfolded I only found a guy who wasn't able to say a word in English so we spoke via Google translator.

We stayed for a few days to attend a wedding and also travelled to the ancient city of Sukhothai. The hotel and rooms are clean and feel new. The internet also worked well and was pretty fast, which was nice!

Rooms are simple enough and are very accommodating. Not in a great great area unless you have a vehicle rented
