One of biggest state own universities in Thailand. Located roughly around five hours ride from Bangkok. Around 20,000 students are studying there. This university includes various departments and faculties. Also a fully equipped hospital.

I've been treated at this hospital for the past five years. The doctors are amazing and spend a lot of one on one time with their patients. I spend 15 minutes per visit with my Neurologist every visit. She has really helped me through a very difficult situation.
Like most hospitals in Thailand a visit with blood test, exam, and getting a prescription will take all day, but it is also usually done in only one day which is awesome.

An icon place for community around here. There's beautiful park for people to take a walk and relax.
Need to be careful if you drive inside or around this campus since there is no traffic rules and police around the area. Sub district administration is weak that it can't influence the campus expansion and it's society. You can see people parking anywhere they pleased regularly. As of now still no sign of proper urban development around the community.

Economy aspect of this society is good. You can make some serious money from locals and students if you hit it right with the business. Forget about any restriction that you might see commonly in major city area. You can do almost anything regardless of act of legislation. Probably for the next few decades until there are serious local law enforcement in the area.

I wonder if such situation actually happen in every campus area Thailand. It quite similar to Bangkok U. and Rangsit U.. These could become permanent social problem imo...
