There are only a few places for crafted beer in Phitsanulok, Lager Cafe is one of the top option in my head. A lot of crafted beers from all over the globe are served here. There are also some draft beer here too. The food are delicious. Live music is available through out the night. It is really chill here.

Excellent choice. Beers from all around the world. However leffe was on special, buy 2 get 1 free, and it was awful. And I've drank a lot of leffe in my time.

Update. To be fair, 3 of us got leffe, and only the first poured was awful. I think it had been sat in the pipe in the local heat for too long.

Good for hanging out with friends. Reasonable price for the food.

Good music, very nice atmosphere, good food (snacks) and a extensive range of beers most bars in more popular places don't have. What about Hoegaarden draught, not only the original but also the Hoegaarden rosee!

Nice, at day time BEER (and some other unimportant stuff like: tea, smoothies, good coffee, cake, German sausage [haven't traid it], and other snacks)
Thy have nearly 40-50 different kinds of bottle's beer.
Local beer singha is 60 THB a small bottle.
Imported beer is from 60-250THB up to size and brand. (Heineken 80THB)

Good selection of world beers and local lagers, and a decent food range. Not the cheapest place to get drunk but nice ambiance and live Thai music.
