Love this Gym!! It has everything you need, loads of space and the staff are so welcoming.

120฿ for a non member day pass is a great price for and air conditioned gym. As well as the level of service and quality of equipment. They had plenty of machines, free weights as well as cardio.

The straight bar was not quite as grippy as I'm used to. I usually pack lifting straps for circumstances like this, but forgot them this trip. So, I asked the staff if I they had some, they did and let me use them for free.

If I'm in Phitsanulok, I'll be back.
