Queen bed with balcony.
Clean room n cheap price.
Free for pet.
Stay on the 3 floor.air conditioner can support the hot weather outside.
From a window can see the temple is so beautiful n big.
TV can connect to chrome cast very good.
Shower good.
All are great with price like this.

Very warm welcome from the owner. Staffs are also helpful and friendly. Room and amenities are standard per size of property. Good location just 50 meters to convenience stores at junction. Floating raft restaurants and weekend walking street are not too far from here by walking. Thai style breakfast from nearby local food stall is simple but good taste and much more for everyone. Selfserve free coffee is also available all time. Feels like home. Thank you.

Not many pet friendly hotels in Phitsanulok. We decided to stay here and we found that the owner was very nice and kind old lady. She guided us about attractions and restaurant in Phitsanulok and shared many nice stories. I would like to give 5 stars if I could watch TV in my room, no used glass of water in refrigerator and no empty bottle of water next to refrigerator.

Good hotel, very good prices, plus get free breakfast in the morning, the room I stayed in the aircon was a bit old and wasn't cooling alot room 301, everything else was perfect

Great place with excellent prices and strong Wi-Fi. The family who runs it are absolutely great as well. Definitely the place to stay in Phitsanulok!

Lovely old girl runs it and always smiling. Would have given 5 stars but shower wasn't working.

It's an alright guesthouse... Amenities are limited and rooms smallish... But the price alleviates those problems
