4 The Home We Build - a year ago

Had our wedding reception here. The staff and food were both great. The place is close to a catholic church which was very convenient, after our church wedding, we went straight to the hotel. No need to drive far.

A centrally located well-managed hotel with a lift in a quiet side street. The rooms are well-kept and have a fridge and water boiler, the beds are comfortable. The pool and pool area could do with a small renovation.

Everything about the hotel was outstanding. Located in a great location to be able to walk anywhere. Plenty of lounge chairs for all. The reception quickly checked us in. Breakfast is very good. Clean and good price. The general ***ager personally oversaw our needs and made sure to welcome us.

Just an average hotel with some tacky interior. But the stay was comfortable staff doesn’t know English so it’s very hard to communicate with them or even order something. Swimming pool was below average and not very clean. Breakfast is good. Price is a bit higher as compare to the ambiance or the location of hotel.

Hotel location is perfect. The room was comfortable and we had good night sleep. Easy to walk to anything we wanted to do. The staff at this hotel could not be more friendly and accommodating for. The station is close but it was hard to understand how to get there.

While this property is certainly large, don't be fooled by the name, it's by no means Grand. From the moment we arrived until even after we left, we felt as though the staff couldn't have cared one way or the other about us as humans, let alone paying guests. The place is tired and in serious need of repairs and renovations. Simple things like blown light bulbs, a fridge that had been left unplugged, broken or missing bathroom and light fittings, missing toiletries all add up to an air of absolute indifference by the people running the place. Absolutely satisfactory as a place to stay, but certainly not for the price charged. Look elsewhere and you're bound to find something much more cheerful and affordable.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights earlier this month. We were always greeted by name with a warm welcome. The facilities of the hotel are very nice. On the whole - the place was very clean. Some details are starting to wear off quickly for such a new hotel.
