Very clean, comfortable room, nice bed and bathroom. Good air-con. God stuff. And what is unique foe Thai hotels - very good TV channels with English, French and German programms. Just don't expect to have a real breakfast, better buy some food in 7/11.

Beautiful, currently being renovated (March 2019) hotel. Will be very hi-so when completed. Walkable distance to the old bus terminal, a little far, but walkable distance to Big C. Clean room with mini fridge. Bed was comfortable. The toilet handle was broken, and I would assume during renovations many bits and pieces are waiting to be repaired. Pre-renovation the hotel was called Royal Place Hotel, new name is AVA but our taxi drivers only knew it as Royal Place.

Was everything perfect!!!
I've spent 3 days there without any problem, I felt like at home.
I'll back for sure.
Staff was so kind and gentle and mostly nice, clean and comfortable room.

I stay here when I come to Phitsanulok.
Nice big comfortable beds. Good location.

room, location, service
Ava hotel is a comfortable hotel, this hotel have clean room, nice design, fast internet access, friendly staff and strategic location. I really enjoyed to stay at Ava hotel. I think i will stay at the Ava hotel again. And I will recomended this hotel to my friend.
